Shortages, lost or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days to 888-584-9997 xt 103.

 

Returns must be reported to 888-584-9997 xt 103 and received within 45 days of the order. No returns after 45 days from order. No returns of electrical equipment after 30 days. Merchandise returned 30-45 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  

 

Due to strict regulations pertaining to our industry, no returns of chemicals will be allowed after 30 Days.

 

All returns must be unopened and in original unopened packaging.

 

Used merchandise cannot be returned.

 

Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
